I stayed in a beautiful king room. the room included heated bathroom floors. breakfast was served daily in the langham club. I loved that space. palm court restaurant had great food with professional service.

the location was acceptable, near regents street.
the noise levels were unacceptable. at 3:00 am, i was awoken by loud noises two nights in a row. finding staff to address my concerns took too long

central location efficient service thoughtful touch immaculate housekeeping
I found the location really good. it is central and easily accessible. the staff offered warm welcomes and efficient service. housekeeping ensured everything was immaculate. Even the fresh milk in glass bottles by the coffe bar seemed like a thoughtful touch, i appreciated it.
the elevators experienced some malfunctions, causing slight delays.

The concierge provided clear directions to the stadium. the staff showed amazing attentiveness and a guest-centric approach. the team. I thought that was wonderful, especially for a solo traveler.

excellent menu generous selection high-quality breakfast delicious food
the staff always remembered my name. doors were opened for me consistently, which i found polite. the breakfast buffet offered a generous selection and high-quality options, i was thankful. room service had an excellent menu with delicious food choices.
the minibar selection felt somewhat limited, not many options were available.

the gym included several treadmills and stationary bikes. the pool area provided a good number of loungers. a dedicated section offered shade wanting to relax away from direct sunlight.
